Anthony is a co-founder and our portfolio management lead. He has a wealth of experience in ETF implementation, portfolio management and capital markets. Anthony was previously Head of ETF Portfolio Management at Legal & General Investment Management, and prior to that, at ETF Securities, where he was responsible for managing the offering across fixed income, commodities and equity ETFs.

Jason is a co-founder and our operations lead. He is a veteran of the industry with experience across the complete setup and management of ETFs. Jason was previously Head of ETF Operations and Portfolio Management at Legal & General Investment Management, and prior to that, Co-Head of the Canvas ETF platform at ETF Securities.

Rahul is a co-founder and our investment strategies lead. He has a wealth of experience in systematic strategies, indexing and ETF strategy. Rahul played an instrumental role in the build-out of the thematic capability at ETF Securities. He was previously Co-Head of ETF Investment Strategies at Legal & General Investment Management, and played a pivotal role in building the AUM of the Canvas ETF business at ETF Securities.

Stuart is Head of ARK Invest in Europe and was one of the Co-Founders of Rize ETF. He is highly experienced in the full life-cycle development and management of ETF platforms, having built two ETF franchises in Europe and developed some of the earliest and most successful thematic ETF funds in Europe. Stuart’s particular expertise centres around product development and structuring, sustainable and impact investing and legal and regulatory matters. Stuart is a qualified lawyer and was previously Head of ETF Product Development at Legal & General Investment Management, and prior to that, at ETF Securities, where he was responsible for ETF development / structuring, platform management and legal matters.

James is Head of EMEA Sales. Previously, James was at State Street Global Advisors where he worked within the UK SPDR ETF team focusing on wealth managers, private banks and family offices. Prior to that, James was part of the sales strategy team at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Emanuela is Head of the Italian speaking region. She brings over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, and in ETFs, together with a deep knowledge of the Italian market. She started her career in Macroeconomic & Fixed Income Research and has had experience in Portfolio Management. Since then, she moved in the ETF space and she has formerly worked in ETF Sales Trading at Macquarie Bank and in ETF Sales at Wisdomtree. Emanuela lives in London with her mini Dachshund Acciuga. She loves travelling, great food, skiing and diving.

Florian is Head of German Speaking Sales. Previously, he worked at Bloomberg where he spent two years as a financial products sales account manager for the DACH region, focusing on south Germany. Prior to this, he worked as an analyst at Third Bridge for a year.

Marvin is Associate Director – DACH Region. Previously, he worked at Bloomberg where he spent 1 year as a fixed-income and risk analyst, and another year in financial products sales and relationship management in the Swiss Asset Management industry. Prior to this, he worked as a business development consultant for a Danish pharmaceutical start-up after having graduated from the Copenhagen Business School with a degree in Economics and Politics.

Thomas Hartmann-Boyce joined ARK in June 2021. As Client Portfolio Manager, Thomas works directly with ARK’s investment team to communicate in-depth knowledge of investment-level detail to internal and external clients.

Prior to ARK, Thomas was Vice President, Lead Portfolio Manager within the multi-asset solutions business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for over five years where he managed customized portfolios for institutional clients. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2015, Thomas held various client-facing positions at MSCI Inc. over the span of four years, with a key emphasis on business development within the exchangetraded funds team. Thomas is a CFA charterholder, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Management & Business from Skidmore College.

Tom is a Senior Product Specialist and CAIA Charterholder. He previously worked as a product strategist at Invesco where he was responsible for product management and sales strategy for EMEA ETFs. Prior to this Tom was a marketing specialist at Jupiter Asset Management and has also worked as a senior research analyst at alternative assets data provider Preqin. Tom enjoys anything fitness related especially running and trekking.

Anna is an Associate Director – Sustainability Analyst. She has recently completed her MSc in Environment and Resource Management, specialising in Energy Resources at VU Amsterdam. She has a background in finance, where she has worked as a Deal Origination Analyst for Sovereign Capital Partners, a mid-market Private Equity company, for just under two years. Prior to this, she has worked for several sustainable finance organisations, including the Impact Investment Advisory Group at the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and The Environmental and Technology Fund (ETF) Partners. Anna also has an MA in Geography from the University of Edinburgh.

Gaël is Head of Marketing. He has previously worked across Europe in multiple industries and different roles, ranging from legal advisor, project manager to country lead. Self-taught, he is no stranger to the start-up scene and brings over a wide palette of different skills designed to promote the growth of the business. Gaël speaks French, English and enjoys travelling. He also loves cooking, playing and listening to music, as well as skiing.

Rae is Associate – Marketing Executive. She has recently completed her MPA in Public Administration and Management at UCL and MSc Marketing at Durham University. She has international marketing experience across different industries, including in social welfare, sustainable food, and now in financial services.
